  We had a great experience with The Wood Wizards. Our hardwood floors were pretty worn and needed some serious attention, and the difference is incredible. The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The floors turned out beautiful and look brand new again.   We been wanting someone to refinish our red oak staircase in our atrium ranch. We finally got an estimate from The Wood Wizard. From that point on I knew we were in great hands. The estimate was explained on detai to us and exactly what we wanted. The customer service is outstanding. We had a problem on our end and the girls in the office helped us and we so polite. Jason arrived on time and had great experience and knowledge of what needed to be to be done. He took is time new the correct blend of colors for our wood. The rails came out much better than expected. We are more that pleased with the outcome. It did take 2 and 2/3rds days to complete, but the added time was well worth it. We will be using The Wood Wizard again to update our floors. We highly recommend.
